SIMGOT EW200

Key Features

  • 【𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥-𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜-𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭 & 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥-𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫】The EW200 earphones incorporate flagship-level technology in the form of a dual-magnetic-circuit and dual-cavity design, which offer exceptional acoustic performance and a powerful driver configuration. Unlike conventional dynamic driver earphones, the EW200's dual magnetic system uses both internal and external magnetic paths, which are strengthened by N52-grade magnets. This design greatly improves the dynamic range and transient response, resulting in a wider frequency range and a more immersive, detailed listening experience., 【𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐂𝐏 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐦】The EW200 utilizes a revolutionary diaphragm material - the SCP Diaphragm. This diaphragm incorporates a special polymer film as a substrate that is coated with a hybrid silicon layer through a dual-sided sputtering deposition. Combining the strengths of DLC and LCP diaphragms, it maintains the high-density mid-range performance of LCP diaphragms and the extended, exquisite high-frequency response of DLC diaphragms, resulting in a luxurious and smooth sound with rich layering and spaciousness., 【𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬】The SPC diaphragm is further enhanced through specialized molding techniques and precise material blending, optimized to deliver a full and textured low-frequency response, a natural and dense mid-frequency performance, and a detailed and splendid high-frequency reproduction. With the powerful driving force of the dual magnetic circuit and dual cavities, the diaphragm and magnetic chamber achieve a harmonious balance, thus enhancing overall performance., 【𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲】The EW200 is a compact earphone with a sophisticated multi-layer tuning system for precise sound control. It utilizes various tuning methods and incorporates three layers of tuning filters to optimize performance. Through advanced finite element simulation technology, the EW200 achieves a wide dynamic range and detailed sound reproduction. It blends the H-2016 and SIMGOT-Classic target curves for a balanced sound signature with accurate positioning, rich details, and an expansive soundstage., 【𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠】The EW200 earphones feature an exquisite mirror-finished silver all-metal body, crafted with high-density alloy casting and precision machining. This ensures durability, suppresses standing waves, and enhances sound quality. The over-ear-wearing style provides stability, and comfort, and reduces the stethoscope effect. With its meticulous design and attention to detail, the EW200 delivers both an exceptional audio experience and a visually striking appearance., 【𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫-𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐅𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞】The EW200 includes a premium oxygen-free copper silver-plated cable with a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin design. This allows for easy cable replacement and potential future upgrades. The cable enhances separation and transparency, delivering a clear and vibrant sound with captivating vocals and instrument reproduction. The detachable design adds versatility and enjoyment to the earphones. Furthermore, the EW200 features a dual-pin socket system, ensuring durability and longevity for long-lasting listening pleasure.

how does it compared to simgot ew200 there the same price
Jan 18, 2025positive
Like someone already recommended, the new Simgot ew200 might be a good choice ($40 though).

My friend keeps telling me that I should look for something with a frequency range in sub 20 to 30k+ with a higher resistance. The ew200 is 10 - 50k if I see correctly so that sounds nice but the resistance is only 16Ω ( ngl no idea what that really does tho lol)

yes, but simgot ew200 you can too, and it's $40, there are some even better ones for gaming but nothing as good for music as ew200 you got Moondrop LAN(amazing if you EQ them for music, it's a bit lean on the bass, even more than HEXA), Moondrop SSR, absolutely 0 bass but like best IEM for gaming up to like $160-170 and Shozy Rouge(which also has love it or hate it tuning)

Which one did you go for? I bought a pair of simgot EW200's and the bass is unacceptable. Spent about a day trying it out and I'm immediately searching for something to replace it. Absolute garbage.
Jan 18, 2025neutral
I'm not properly fit or as knowledgeable as many others on this sub but I'd look at the simgot ew200 for 5 dollars more (40).

Heyyy guys, last month I purchased my first headphones which is JBL 770NC tune and tbh I'm not satisfied by the sound quality sometimes the bass covers up the mids and vice versa, I'm using Wavelet still I fell it's lacking so I've decided to buy my first set of IEMs. I'm brainstorm since weeks now at first I thought to buy Chu ll then I tilted towards Wan’er S.g then I watched some reviews and I've realised that these entry level IEMs are good but still I would have to make compromises somewhere so I've decided to increase my budget little bit to 3-4k for a good investment. I've now brainstormed alot then short listed 2-3 IEMs. First thought abt Truthear Hexa and Simgot EW 300 and Moondrop Aria2 but they are pretty expensive ig so shifted to Truthear Zero:Red vs Simgot EW 200 also I've some attraction towards Chu ll. so please help me if you have any experience with them any of them please share it with me also feel free to give any other suggestions.. Thankyou…

EW200 for the vocals though, probably the best vocals under $50 great for bright tracks like J-Pop, K-Pop, and EDM.

Best treblehead iem under 50, ew200, or TRN Conch.

I actually have 2 Simgot EW200, the other one my wife uses as her daily driver. 😆
Jan 18, 2025positive
EW200 is one of the best IEMs you can get in terms of sheer technicalities but also tuning. They're one of my favorites. I own a few pricier pairs of IEMs including one in the $1K range and I still use the EW200 regularly.
Jan 18, 2025neutral
the EW200 (basically the cheaper and brighter Aria) or the EA500LM from Simgot
Jan 18, 2025negative
Interesting. For me the Cadenza is God tier, the EW200 is unlistenable garbage,
Jan 18, 2025positive
I own the EW200 still, and they're my daily drivers outside the house and I love them, but they may be too bright for some.

I have both the HEXA and ew200 and can say the soundstage and sound separation the HEXA has is on another level compared to the ew200.

kz iems are worse than chu2 in terms of build quality, agreed with the guy who suggested either cadenza or ew200
Jan 18, 2025neutral
what are your thoughts on the ew200 and is it a bright iem?
Jan 18, 2025positive
For start, go with Simgot EW200 and see if that suits your music library and overall sound profile as it fulfills the criteria of good highs and bit of bass as mentioned by you and that too within your mentioned budget.

Moondrop may if you want type c iem with no hassle to buy any accessories. Or buy good cheap dongle like fiio ka11 and pair it with v-shaped iem like EW200 then you got good iem and decent source Investment too, IF you don't mind carry dongle to enjoy your music
